We designed and built a WordPress website for Villa Petalutha, a holiday villa in Spartilus, Corfu

We are thrilled with our website. Rod and his team listened carefully to our requirements and were quick to develop a stunning design that immediately engages the visitor. It is crisp and uncluttered and maximises the impact of the photographs. The website has a sophisticated, contemporary feel which is perfect for advertising our luxury villa.

This WordPress Website for holiday villa, Villa Petalutha promotes their luxury villa located in Spartilus, Corfu.

Long before browsing websites on your mobile was a thing, we’d designed and built the original holiday villa website for Villa Petalutha. However as more and more users were starting to access the site on mobile devices it was obvious that it could do with a responsive design update.

The original design was still performing well, with a clean, crisp approach making the Villa the hero on the website, so we focused on making small tweaks and changed to optimise the layout for a responsive redesign instead of a full-blown redesign.

The original holiday Villa website was a flat build but this time the owners had asked for the ability to manage the booking calendar themselves as well as being able to make small changes to the content.

With this in mind we moved the entire site over to WordPress during the rebuild and customised it to ensure that the owners had the editing capabilities they needed.

This holiday villa WordPress website provides the Villa’s vital stats and info, plus a little local knowledge about the location, just enough to capture your imagination and enough to entice a website visitor to phone or make a reservation. There’s also a blog so the owners can keep visitors informed of any updates along with relevant local news.
