We design and code responsive HTML emails to display in all major email clients to ensure maximum delivery potential.
We like to keep our email designs to a 60/40 image to text ratio as we believe from experience this is a good format that gets a good delivery percentage.
Something that is often overlooked are image alt tags. These are very important, which is why we always include image alt tags as images are often turned off by default within the end users email client. By doing this the marketing message is still delivered with a prompt to turn on images to receive the full email experience.
