A client editable WordPress website for Bristol based author Jaqueline Coe
Author of The Intelligent Parent’s Guide to Faster Potty Training, International Book finalist and Bristol resident Jacqueline Coe came to us with with an existing (broken) website.
Her old website was built on a closed CMS platform that only the developer who designed it knew how to use.
Jacqueline’s brief stated that she needed a website that she could edit and add content to herself. We advised that her new website be built on the WordPress CMS – an open source platform that can give clients the flexibility they require to edit, add content and upload pictures.
The new website features a blog section, dynamic live blog feed in the footer, a jQuery image slider, an interactive map with a dynamic location service, links out to her social networks (which we also branded for her), links out to Amazon where the book can be purchased and lashings of call to actions prompting other conversions for the Bristol based author!
